Doolittle is progressing well through his concussion protocols.
He will be replaced in the Wildcats’ line-up by Development Player Michael Harris and re-assessed prior to Sunday’s game against Sydney Kings at Qudos Bank Arena.
Sarr is progressing well as expected from his hip injury sustained in the victory over Adelaide on December 28.
The NBL Next Star talent returned to running and will increase his training loads by the end of this week.
He won’t be available for Perth’s pair of Round 16 matches against the Bullets and Kings and will continue to be evaluated on a weekly basis.
Like Harris, fellow DPs Jack Andrew and Dontae Russo-Nance will also be suiting up for the Wildcats on Friday night.
