In the NBL1 this weekend, Wildcats players Todd Blanchfield and Kyle Zunic played an integral role in their teams whilst Wildcats icon Greg Hire cleaned the glass for the Rockingham Flames.
In the NBL1 North, Blanchfield scored a huge 38 points, including five threes, and 10 rebounds in the Rockhampton Rockets 92-77 win against his hometown team the Mackay Meteors.
In the NBL1 West, Zunic managed to put 17 points on the scoreboard with seven assists for Warwick despite their 78-91 loss to the Goldfields Giants.
It's just the second loss of the season for the Luke Brennan-led Senators.
Also in the NBL1 West, the Rockingham Flames just missed out on the win (86-88) against the Geraldton Buccaneers, with Greg Hire grabbing 14 rebounds to go along with seven assists and seven points.
