John Mooney signs in Japan

John Mooney has signed with Japanese side Chiba Jets Funabashi for the 2021/22 season.
Chiba Jets Funabashi play in the B.League – Japan’s top-tier competition.
The signing means he won’t be returning to the NBL this season.
Mooney was outstanding in 2021, averaging 16.9 points and 11.4 rebounds per game.
The Perth Wildcats would like to thank “Buzz” for his contribution, both on and off the court, over the last year.
